Pop star Britney Spears has sold her Beverly Hills house for $4,253,000, almost 1 million dollars in excess of the asking price.The 30-year-old Toxic hit maker, who has sons Sean, six, and five-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline, is now planning to rent a property with fiance Jason Trawick, reported TMZ online.
The house, which is situated in gated community, was initially listed for $2,995,000 and Spear's representatives anticipated multiple bids and a bidding frenzy for the estate.
The property could still sell for even more whenever a public hearing on the sale takes place next month.
As Spears is under conservator ship in probate court, there needs to be a hearing about the property, and anyone is liberal to attend and overbid the present accepted offer.
